About Meghan – Holistic Skin Care in Orlando, FL Welcome to Bare & Balanced, a holistic skincare studio in Orlando, Florida. I’m Meghan Turner—licensed esthetician, skin health coach, and founder of Bare & Balanced. My path to holistic skin care started with my own struggle. I battled cystic acne and a damaged skin barrier for years. After exhausting conventional treatments with no lasting results, I turned to holistic methods—and everything changed. At Bare & Balanced, I specialize in acne facials, barrier-repair treatments, holistic anti-aging modalities, facial massage, and root-cause-focused skin care in Orlando. My approach is grounded in Corneotherapy, a skin science that respects and restores the skin’s barrier. I trained through the International Association of Applied Corneotherapy (IAC) to understand how to work with the skin—not against it. I’m also a graduate of the University of Central Florida and completed advanced esthetics education at the Florida Dermal Institute. Corneotherapy focuses on repairing the outermost layer of the skin (the stratum corneum) to reduce inflammation, sensitivity, acne, and long-term damage. This is the foundation of every treatment I offer—whether it’s a custom holistic facial, microneedling, gua sha sculpting, or an in-depth acne consultation and facial. My studio is a space of education, support, and real transformation for those tired of quick fixes. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. However, appointments can be rescheduled for a future time and the 30% can be applied.
